Panamanian Reggae from the Bay Area??? That's right, more then a decade after El General's "Pum Pum" and "Te Ves Buena" introduced the world to Reggae en Español a duo hailing from Oakland has taken up the torch. With a bilingual combination of Reggae and Hip Hop these guys are taking the road less traveled in avoiding the "reggaeton" label. Although songs like "Cuerpo en Fuego" is an attempt at pop reggaeton, Los Rakas are able to stay above any such labels.
